THE VINÍRIC WINE FAMILY
At Celler Viníric, we apply diverse knowledge: from traditional techniques—such as monitoring the lunar phases and using natural fertilizers—to the most innovative techniques: cold fermentation, inertization, and others. Evolution and experimentation are the Vinírico style. Currently, 12 hectares are cultivated, where the main crops are the native varieties Garnacha Tinta and Garnacha Blanca, which coexist with Monastrell, Tempranillo, and Negre Calmet.
